Dedicated personalised service

All of our customers have access to an Account Manager and Customer Service team, many of whom are native speakers or linguists in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or Greek.

Each Account Manager is responsible for a specific geographical area. Through regular visits, they aim to build partnership relations with customers.

Your Account Manager can assist you in many ways including organising samples, providing product data and suggesting products.

Supporting them is a dedicated Customer Service team. They are responsible for the administration of orders and organising your logistical and administrative requirements.

The Customer Service team will help guide you through your orders from beginning to end.
